The SICSA VIVID Research Challenge is hosting a Workshop at RNIB on Tuesday 2 December

VIVID is seeking to address the digital inequalities experienced by people with impaired vision arising from the growing use of visual presentations of data (visualisations) in day-to-day life (e.g., electoral coverage in the news, weather forecasts, sports broadcasts, printed news and science articles). By combining the experiences of people with visual impairments with that of researchers and support workers who work with people with visual impairments, this workshop seeks to further clarify the challenges as well as identify promising avenues to find adequate solutions.
