The SICSA Research Themes Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Physical Systems are supporting the Robotics Lab Research Open Day which takes place on Friday 21 June at Heriot Watt University

The Robotics Lab at the School of the Mathematical and Computer Sciences is part of the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics and is focused on interdisciplinary research applied to the state of the art artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics and human-robot interaction. The Robotics Lab Research Open Day 2019 will showcase PhD level research carried out at the Robotics Lab and this year we will have two external speakers:

Dr Amanda Prorok, University of Cambridge: “When Robotics Hit the Road: New Challenges in Multi-Vehicle Coordination”
Dr Mary Ellen Foster, University of Glasgow:“Face-to-face Conversation with Socially Intelligent Robots”
