The SICSA pre-CHI day will take place on Friday 29 April 2016 at the University of Strathclyde

The 2016 SICSA HCI Pre-CHI meeting will showcase the excellent work being done in Scotland in the area of Human-Computer Interaction. We are following on from the successful event held in Heriot-Watt, Edinburgh last year.

For CHI Paper and Note presenters: the day will give you the chance to practise your CHI talk in front of a friendly audience and get feedback before your main presentation in San Jose.

For CHI Work-in-Progress and other submissions: we will have a madness session so that you can talk present your ideas briefly to the attendees.

For industry, students and those unable to attend the CHI conference: come along and get a rapid overview of the state-of-the-art research in HCI that is going on across Scotland.

Registration is free and available on the Eventbrite page – due to limited space, it is essential that you register if you wish to attend the event.

The draft presentation schedule can be accessed here.
