We are pleased to announce that Professor Kevin Hammond of the University of St Andrews will assume the role of SICSA Director from August 2016. Also, the role of SICSA Graduate Academy Director will move into the capable hands Dr Jeremy Singer of the University of Glasgow. The roles of SICSA Deputy Director/KE Director and Director of Education will rotate in January 2017 – please look out for details of the recruitment process in the autumn.
The Director rotations mark an exciting new chapter of SICSA and the new positions will run for two years. With the introduction of the new Director and SGA Director roles we also wish a fond farewell to Professor Stuart Anderson (previous SICSA Director) and Professor Ian Miguel (previous SGA Director), who were both integral in ensuring the smooth transition to SICSA2. We thank them for their hard work and dedication over the last two years.
