SICSA studentship conditions

It is a condition of receiving funding from SICSA that you should:

1. Provide up-to-date information about your research project on the SGA web site or on a personal site linked from the SGA web pages. If you publish on a personal web site, support from SICSA must be acknowledged.
2. Attend a SICSA induction course in the first year of your studies.
3. Provide information for and attend meetings as required with an external SICSA supervisor.
4. Participate in and attend the National Scottish Graduate Symposium for Informatics and Computer Science.
5. Attend research-skill development courses organised by the SICSA/SGA.
6. Attend business-skill development courses organised by the SICSA/SGA.

You are also advised to attend relevant discipline-specific courses organised by SICSA members. The appropriate courses should be decided in consultation with your supervisor.
