You are invited to participate in the SICSA Sensors-related workshop – this workshop will bring together researchers within SICSA working on sensors and sensor systems, particularly those that might be aligned with the CENSIS innovation centre. The goal of this workshop is to foster the academic community around sensors and imaging within SICSA institutes, and to identify common strands of sensors-related research and potential collaboration opportunities.

The full-day agenda will consist of lightening talks from academics across SICSA, both invited and selected from submitted abstracts. Academic research areas of interest include: high-velocity data stream analysis, wireless sensor networks, imaging systems and image processing, intelligent signal processing, interaction with sensors, social signal processing, sensing in smart cities, sensor inference and machine learning, robotic sensing. If you are interested in contribution, please send a 200 word abstract to Craig Macdonald or John Williamson.

Finally, we are happy to welcome a speaker from the CENSIS innovation centre, to speak about collaboration opportunities offered by CENIS.
