DEMOfest is an annual technology showcase of leading Informatics and Computer Science research from Scottish Universities and creates an environment for industry partners and academics to come together and identify opportunities for:
- Collaborative Innovation
- Studentships & Placements
- Technology Licensing & Consultancy
- Feasibility & Proof of Concept Studies
Scottish Universities can be considered to have the largest ICT research cluster in Europe and this year’s DEMOfest will demonstrate the best of Informatics and Computing Science research in Scotland.
This year’s SICSA DEMOfest will take place on the evening of the 19th November 2015 at the Informatics Forum, University of Edinburgh. Research areas will include:
- Data Science & Digital Technologies
- Health & Life Sciences
- Robotics & Artificial Intelligence
- Sensors & Imaging
- Future Cities and Smart Tourism
The deadline for applying to exhibit your research has now passed and outcomes will be notified to all applicants shortly.
