The long awaited EPSRC call for Doctoral Training Centres is now out. SICSA is supporting member institutions by sharing information and experience to maximise the quality and effectiveness of outline proposals involving our Universities.  We aim to establish strategic partnerships between institutions that will give Scotland a good chance to achieve positive outcomes in this round of CDT applications.

A one day Workshop will take place on Tuesday 13th February 2018 in the Sir Alwyn Williams Building, School of Computing Science, University of Glasgow.  The workshop will be facilitated by Alison Gray, Skillfluence along with the SICSA Directors’ team.

10:20:  Small group discussion on the call document (Alison)
11:10:  War Stories: examples from current CDT’s with Q&A (Professor Deirdre Heddon, Dean, Scottish Graduate School for the Arts & Humanities)

12:30:  Writing workshop in breakout groups (Alison)
