iVentures: CEO Master Class with Hugh Campbell, GP Bullhound -‘What Investors Really Want’

This Master Class is for start-up founders and executives who are either in the process of or anticipate raising investor capital. Knowledge is power, and during this Master Class attendees will learn to see things from the investors’ perspective so as to better position their high growth ventures for raising capital. Hugh Campbell will begin the seminar with a presentation, and then the Master Class will move to a more interactive mode. Participants should come prepared to talk about their own situation and will receive advice during the discussion.

The event will start with a sandwich buffet lunch at 1.00 pm to allow attendees to network, with the Master Class presentation and discussion commencing by 2pm, and running through to around 5pm.

About our speaker
Hugh Campbell is one of the Founding Partners of GP Bullhound. Hugh has an extensive experience in M&A and capital raising transactions in the Technology, Cleantech and Digital Media sectors, involving recent mandates such as we7 (sold to Tesco), Anobil (sold to Sainsbury’s), 192.com (sold to Experian), Bluewater Bio, Interactive Investor, Avito.ru and Figleaves. Hugh is a frequent speaker at events and conferences including CEBIT and the Mobile Web Summit. He started his career with Citibank in M&A before moving on to Goldman Sachs where he worked in Equity Research. In 2000 Hugh left Goldman Sachs and spent the year working on an online start-up in Beijing, China before going back to his investment banking roots and co-founding GP Bullhound. Hugh graduated from Pembroke College Oxford and holds a BSc in Physhology, Physiology and Philosophy.
